Acknowledgements, suggestions and complaints is a tool for UdL students and external people from the university. Wiht this tool you can send us your complaints and suggestions about any UdL service, the tool guarantees that we will send you a response from the responsible of the area where the incident has occurred. At the same time, you can also send your thanks for anything you have found that meets your needs, in this case we will send them to the responsible involved. 

This tool should allow the university to identify areas for improvement and address those aspects of the organization's functioning that allow to satisfy the expectations of the people to whom it dedicates its activity, mainly students and society in general. Likewise, the inclusion of the thanks aims to highlight the importance of recognizing what works well and also aims to promote the attitude of giving value to the attitudes and behaviors that make the service provided by the university of quality. 

To access the tool, you must select the "catalog of services" option within the "main menu" of the Online office, or go to the "Acknowledgements, suggestions and complaints " button and enter your user and password to fill out the form.
