• Promotes the training and participation of students, teaching staff and administrative and service staff in University Development Cooperation (UDC).
• Promotes the recruitment of international students.
• Coordinates and supervises the UdL's relations with universities and institutions around the world.
• Represents the UdL and the Rector in international relations and missions.
